Remediation and demolition of the old James Richardson International Airport Terminal building. The project involved 5 months of intensive asbestos abatement, followed by the building demolition with 10,000 tonnes of scrap metal being recycled. Fugitive dust and debris was a major concern for operating aircraft so RCW constructed a 1200ft. x 30ft. dust curtain around the entire airside portion of the structure which prevented any migration.
