Demolition of the shuttered Central Grain Company mill site and elevators in St. Boniface, MB. Project includes demolition of 30m high elevators 5m away from Archibald Street, a main traffic artery in the heart of Winnipeg. Fugitive dust controls are put in place as the structure has extensive residential housing built up in the area. Hotwork is strictly forbidden due to high concentrations of grain dust within the structure. All demolition work must be performed by processing excavators and high-reach excavators.
